Lil Durk isn't holding back on his latest track, "Old Days," where he spills the beans on his past struggles with addiction and street life, alongside heartfelt tributes to his late friend, King Von.

Produced by the talented Southside, this track serves as the Chicago rapper's sneak peek into his upcoming project, "Love Songs 4 The Streets 3."

Durk dives deep into his past, admitting to battling drug addiction with lines like, "I miss the old days, the old ways, my history iconic. I was takin’ so many pills, I was so high, I really abused it. Started sellin’ Percs, I turned around and started to use it."

But that's not all. He opens up about the painful experience of seeing King Von's autopsy photos online, leaving him physically sickened: "The autopsy of Von body had me coughin’ up my vomit."

Closing out with a powerful spoken outro, Durk reflects on the current state of street politics, urging listeners to prioritize their safety and loved ones amidst the chaos.

And while "Old Days" marks his first release of the year, Lil Durk is already making waves in 2024. He's joined the star-studded lineup for the It’s All a Blur — Big as the What? Tour alongside heavyweights like Drake and J. Cole, dazzling crowds until April.

Notably, Durk's commitment to his community shines through as he invites local Pittsburgh students to share the stage with him, showcasing his hit "All My Life." Dr. Kimberley Price of Pittsburgh Public Schools applauds Durk's positive influence on the students, cementing his status as not just a rapper, but a role model too.
